With regards to the treatment of the wounded, this is actually, correct. Just because there are a few thousand being treated overseas does not mean that thousands in Libya do not have treatment. It has been such a contentious issue that an interim health minster, as well as other people in the ministry, have had to resign. It is a major refrain heard at protests from Tripoli to Benghazi.
With regards the comment on medical fighters being treated, this is factually incorrect. Many thousands of wounded fighters are being treated in Tunisia, Jordan, Turkey, Germany, UK and the US. All paid for by the Libyan government.
